Hello,
Here's my situation. I'm employed by Emp A since past 3 Years in US. In Apr2008, I got my H1B transferred to Emp B but did not join them and continued working for Emp A.
My current H1B petition and Visa (from Emp A) is valid until Jun 09 and I would like to visit the home country for 2 weeks and return back by latest by May09.
Will there be any isssues reentering in May 09. I heard that you need atleast 6 months of valid H1B Visa when you enter the States.
Experts pls suggest. Thanks in advance.
