h1 stamping

hi , i completed masters 2 yrs back, and in job search. i wanted to apply for h1 , if i got that in lottery , i want to attend to stamping after i got job in india . is it ok to attend stamping when ever we want in 2/3 yrs(coz of the market condition im saying 2/3 yrs).plz answer me.

... once you get the approval you need to get your visa in a reasonable amount of time period and actually travel to United States to work.

You cannot just get the approval now and wait for 2 to 3 years and then go for the visa application. They're bound to deny entry.
