Hi, My wife has a valid H1 stamped visa. But she has never worked in US.
I am currently in US and we are looking for a project for her in US. But can she travel on H4 now? What would happen to her H1 stamping?
And more importantly what would happen to her H1 petition?
Once she reaches to US can she transfer her H1 to a different employer?
