Hi,
I am working with a reputed Indian Company. And my H1B application got selected in the Random-Lottary-Selection process for 2008-2009.
My petition got approved in the month of June only. But till date I've not received the hard-copy of my petition. And due to this I cannot go for stamping, and thereby my travel is getting delayed.
I've been following up with my company's overseas cell for past 6 months, but of no end result. They keep saying that we are follwoing up with USCIS personnel, and will have to wait.
I would like to know few things here:
1. Can I apply for any other type of visa here in case this H1B visa is still pending?
2. What should be my specific question and specific course of action with my overseas cell here, so that I can ask for the petition.
Please guide me asap, as my travel is getting postponed and thery my aspirations are getting hampered
