I currently hold an EAD and AP approved in 2007. In case i change employers and get an H-1B visa with my new employer, do i have to reapply for labor/I-140 adn the whole GC process or would a filing of AC21 suffice? Thanks.

Is your I140 approved? Is the new job same/similar to the old job for which labor was approved?

Sorry for the delayed response, txh1b. I-140 is approved, however the employer holds the it. Yes the job description for the new job would be the same. Would filing an AC21 be sufficient?
      Thanks.
