Stamping (H4 visa to H1B)

Hi,

I came US last year in H4 visa and now i got H1B visa and working here.
I am plaaning to go india for some work so while retun back in US i have to go for VISA stamping.I have question:

1.If my H1B visa will rejecte then can i enter in US as H4 visa status.
