I need your help in my H1B case. I am an Indian guy working in Japan. My H1B selected this year and so I visited India in Nov08 to appear for interview at Mumbai Consulate. But story got twist and VO issued me 221-g white form and asked me to come again with description of internal project anytime. My employer took many days to provide me that doc by that time I returned back to Japan. Now my doubt is
1) How long time I can take to re-appear with required doc (6-9 months)?
2) Is it possible to appear at US consulate in Japan with that document and proceed ahead?
