I was on h4 and my husband was on h1 from 2005.
now he changed job and applied for transfer of his h1 and my h4.
we both recieved approval notice of action I797from USCIS. now i am in india and going for h4 visa stamping and my husband is in USA
i am taking appointment for my h4 visa stamping. while that i have few question.
WHEN IT ASKS FOR PRINCIPAL APPLICANT'S petition detail (I797) should I write my husband's information as he holds H1?
if yes, in application they do not ask for my petition detail (I797). Is it ok?
please answer quickly as I am planning to take an appointment.
