Type of Visa required in US

Type of Visa required for "Merchandiser"/"Production Coordinator" in Garments industry to get the Job.

Is it H1B ? or any other type of Visas available for Garments Industry.
If H1B can any one point me the ppl. who can sponser in this Industry.

I'm from IT background and I have no idea about other industry.
My wife is in Garments Industry and I want to get her job in US

Does your company have a branch in the US? If so, look into L1. H1b has quota restrictions and requires the job to need an advanced degree and a US person not being available to fill the vacancy which might be hard to prove.
