Hello All,
I am in USA on H1B. My wife and Kid are in India. My wife and Kid need to take Appointment for H4 Visa. They have already paid the VFS Visa fees in HDFC Bank. I just want to know can i take the Appointment in VFS visa site for them. I was told once i submit the Application and take the Appointment in VFS visa site, there would be a saved Application which would be sent to email id as well as saved in the VFS Visa site. So i can send this saved Application for them to take the print out and they can do the signatures.
I am asking because especially in DS-156 form there is a Question 40 which asks Application prepared by : .... I want to leave this field empty for my spouse Application and for my Kids Application i want to keep as my Wifes Name.
Is this ok or can there be any problem. They do not have ready access to computer and i thought i can easily do this for them as i have the accurate info to work on this. Can someone please suggest.
Also can 2 Application forms be filled one after the other i.e., we need the same Appointment for H4 Visa for my wife and Kid. We have paid the VFS Visa Fees last Friday. And the activation takes 2 days. So the Activation happens on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Can someone please clarify.
