URGENT - RFE on I 129

I recieved RFE for the petition that was filed by my company. My company decided to withdraw the petition that was filed originally and re-file it again.

1. What are the possibilities that it would go through successfully this time? Should I be concerned about the chances of RFE / Denial during the second time?

2. Does Premium processing have any other privileges other than the quick turn around time? Heard that USCIS will not reject cases coming via Premium Processing, is it true?

3. How many times does the company has privilege to withdraw and re-file?

4. Can my company withdraw and refile even after my I94 expiration date.

Any response to my above questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !!

What is the extension for? H1b? L1?

1. No such thing. You need to be base it on what the RFE is about. No guarantees of approval whatsoever.
2. Is this a joke? The processing criteria are the same and no special treatment for PP cases.
3. As long as they can afford the filing and attorney fee and before your I-94 expires.
