regarding h1 in general being in f1 status

Hi,

I got H1 in general quota, but I haven't submitted the change of request from f1 to h1-b status.
I got a query asking me whether I am in f1 active status or not.
So, I sent the enrollment letter from the school and also, I wantedly not submitted my course work and the professor failed me now.

I am in confusion regarding the necessary steps to be taken from now.
Could you please guide me with the possible suggestions.

Be clear. You got selected in lottery. You don't have a H1b unless the H1b is approved.
