H1B and EAD

My wife is working on H1B visa for a medical group and recently had it stamped during her visit to India. Visa is valid till oct 2010. She also has EAD through my I485. My question

1)Can she work parttime say on saturdays for another Medical group using her EAD. She will still be fulfilling the requirement as a full time employee with the current employer.

2) What will happen to her H1B status if she uses her EAD.

1. Yes. She has to use EAD in both places of employment and will become a parolee. She will no longer be on H1b.

But she entered as an H1B. Does she have to apply for a change of status

No, use of EAD automatically puts her as a parolee. Parole is NOT a status to change. It is just period of "Authorized stay"
