Urgent Help with Docs for 221g

I had my H1b(first stamping) in Delhi on 29th Dec and was given yellow form 221 g for Additional Processing,VO kept my Passport, DS157,156 and my Approval Notice.
I got a mail today to submit the following docs,
Invitation, Resume(CV), Itinerary, Equipment(A complete description of any equipment you will purchase, including uses and users) Research, Purpose, Funding, Travelers and Position(your current job title and a full description of your work).

I have everything but i dont know what to put in the Equipment Research,can someone help?

Are you coming to US on H1B for the first time or did u go to delhi from US on H1B ?

I first went to US for my masters with F1 Visa and then got H1 and started my job. This is my first h1 stamping

What kind of job you are doing ? May be you need some kind of job description based on the profile? Are you working for a consultant ? Is the company big...whats its strength ?

I work for a hardware chip manufacturing company. Its a mid-size company of about 1000 employees, its been there for 16 years and is an American Company. My job is not research oriented or anything,i am a software developer.
I earlier thought that its a Name Check thing because my last name is Singh but now i am concerned that its more than that.
