Please Help Regarding Returing Ticket

Friends,

I am leaving on 28th Jan to US with my H1
I heard that if we dont have a return ticket then there will be a problem at Port Of Entry

As matter of fact when i left to US on B1 and L1 Visa my company use to book both way tickets at the same time and at port of entry also they asked


Please guide me in this regard

On H1 you don't need a return ticket. For B1 we usually have a return ticket..

H1b is a long term assignment unlike B1/B2 and does not require a return ticket.
