J2 Transfer To H2b Visa

Hello
I am on J2 visa holder presently working as manager in motel my boss is willing to sponsper. what kind of visa i am eliglible to apply H1 or H2b visa please let me know and do i need to go india for stamping or it can be done in USA pls let me know and from where i can download the appllication form

Does your job require a Bachelor's degree?
