1. i am currently an h1b visa holder which expires on sept of 2010. however my visa stamp which was done in the philippines was from my old employer.my question iss are the following:
a.) my h1b visa stamping with my old petitioner expires on january 25, 2008, am i allowed to renew my visa stamping in canada under my new h1b approval?
b.)if let say they wont allow me to change ny visa stamping in canada are they going to cancel my current stamping even if it is not expired yet?
c.) can i travel outside the us before my visa expires and come back to u.s. using the same old stamp even if i already have a new h1b employer?
d.)is there anyway to get a earlier appointment for stamping before january 25?
e)if i dont have visa stamping in my h1b visa, can i travel to puerto rico and come back with out visa stamp except my hib visa approval?
2. My brother will be a green card holder for 5 years this coming april, can he now file for citizenship even 3 months before his 5 years?
3. My brother is married but no contact with wife now for almost 3 years, does he need his wife when he file for citizenship? by the way , he got his greencard through his wife employment petition.
4.how long is the processing of citizenship and how much it is going to cost him?
5. how soon can my brother file petiton for my father and mother who is in tourist visa here valid for 6 months.
6. how long is the petiton for a mother/father will take ?

---- It is about one year since your visa has expired 9as per the post). You can renew your visa in Canada. If you have a dgree from US that is easily verifiable and they tend to issue a visa. Otherwise you have to take a chance. Many have been successful

---- You do not have a valid visa to travel back to the US. Once you go outside you have get a visa stamped on your Passport before you enter US
