L2 - EAD - To - Green Card Process

Hi Folks,

I've been working in US since last 1 Yr and 'm with L2 - EAD (Country of Birth - India , Education -Masters in comp engg). My spouse is with L1-Blanket and has been working in US since last 2.5 yrs.

I've following quick Q's -

1 - Can I / my employer process my Green card ? Does it have to go thru labor certification also ?
2- If above answer is Yes, then any impact on my spouse's Visa - which is valid till next 3 yrs.
