H1 transfer

Hi,

I Have H1 with employer A,and Employer A filed for extension on March 14th 2008 and my Visa expired on april 10th 2008 still I havent recived my approval and its pedning. at the time of filing extension with employer A, I did transfer for Employer B and I got Approval with Employer B. But still I continued with Employer A after my I-94 expiring 240 days I was working my Employer due 240 days expired still decission is pedning my Employer A asked me to go back to India. then I shifted to Employer B ,but my payroll has not started ,so in this situation Can I transfer My H1 to another company?
bcoz I am getting all full time positions they are asking to transfer H1. is it possible to transfer my H1 to new employer. Please advise me.

You would not be in status unless you were getting paid. No transfer possible with you not being in status.

Is there any other way I can transfer my H1 to other company. or can I transfer my Old H1 which is pending from my old employer,I have a recipt number but my I-94 expired on april 10th 2008.

Please suggest me what is alternate way. becuase present employer dont have projects and it difficult to get projects with new employer .
