h4 visa application - name in the passport conflict

My fiance's name in her passport has just her first name listed in the "Full name" field.
When applying for her H4 visa, is it ok to include her last name with her first name?

apply for change of name in passport i.e., splitting of name....
i did the same while coming to US...i had to split the full name in the first name column into first name and last name...
otherwise there will be some "last name unknown" problem...

then u can apply for the visa...it may get delayed a bit..thatz all
