Hi
I came across a question while trying to take an appointment for my visa stamping in India. I am currenly in US on H1B. I was on F-1 visa in US and had my H1-B sponsored by company which is now activated from Oct 2008. I am planning to go for visa stamping to India for the first time. What should I choose for
1. Resident of India/Bhutan
OR
2. Indian Citizen residing in United States
I called VFS and diferent reps are giving me different answers. If I select option 2, then it clearly says that that option is applicable only for H or L visa. I already have H1B approved but its not yet stamped on my passport. So in this case i am still confused on what to select?
