My fiance and me are planning to get married.
I am currently working full-time on my Opt (F-1 visa).
(My company does not apply H1B for me.)
My EAD is valid until the end of May 2009.
My fiance is H1B holder.
Also, he is currently on AOS, yet it is still pending.
Questions are:
1. As we are planning to get married, do I have to file for H4 visa right after that?
2. As H4 holder cannot work in the US, is there any way that I can work legally in the US?
3. Am I eligible to work on my EAD even if I get married with him? If Yes, how long can I work until?
4. Regarding EAD, my fiance's EAD is extended every two year (not sure regarding the number of period). His EAD is based upon H1B visa, while mine is depended on F-1 visa. Is my EAD eligible to get extended like his?
