Need Suggesion

Friends

I am a HP Certified QTP Consultant .I got my H1 and currently i am working in a company in US

All I want to know is apart from working in the company work can i give QTP Training to the people over there at my home?>
Is it legal or illigal?
I am planning to give this training apart from the office hours of mine

Illegal. You can only work and get paid from your current employer.
