if you don't find any review on http://www.immihelp.com/h1b-sponsori...nies-database/ then this company is good for nothing. To be honest with you, why you want to join small time consulting? (staffing is the right word) leaving your job in india after paying visa fee. Don't you guys use your head at all? They must be the last in the food chain of multi tiered consulting world so you would get peanuts in your hand.
Remember, if you spend one month on bench without pay then you will be out of status and you will become bonded labor to this people. you will have issue in stamping as well.
