When to take appointment at embassy?
hello friends:
I'm a physician going to join a training post in US on H1 visa.
My petition has been filed by my university and I expect that I will receive my I 129 and other documents by April 2009.
I'm not sure when should I schedule my appointment with Embassy?
My term will start on 1st July and I need to be there by last week of Jun09.
If I schedule my appointment in Apr/May,will they provide me a visa valid from same month(Apr/May) or from July only(according to my joining date)?
