Question in DS156 & 157

Hi,
I filled in the DS156 and DS 157 form for my visa reneweal and i got an appointment in chennai next week. Currently im in US for almost 19 months. When i was reviewing the form, i just had an doubt on question no 25 & 24 in DS 156, Q. No 25 says, "Name and telephone numbers of person in US who you will be staying with or vising for tourism or business?" and Q.No 24 says "At what address will you stay in US?"
And in DS157 Q.No 8 says "Full name and address of contact person or organization in the United States?"

My question here is
1. In DS156 for q.no 25 what should i put in? Ive been living with my wife and nobody else? Whom should i put in?
2. In DS157 for q.no 24 what should i put in? Since im staying in US for 19 months, should i put my home address where ive been leaving for 19 years or is there any other address, i should put in.
3. In DS157 for q.no 8 what should i put in? should i put my friends name and address or my office contact and address?

And for my wife. what would apply for question 25 & 24 in DS156 and q.no 8 in DS157.

---- That is where you are going to reside. If you have a home where else do you reside. The question is meant to cover all types of visas (for example B1/B2) where a person will be visiting and they have give some contact address
