Hi All,
My H1B expired in DEC'2008 and i have already applied for H1B extension before it expired but recently i received an RFE for the Extension.
RFE requires me to send the client letter to the INS, but i am not able to get the client letter from the client as the client was not willing to give the client letter. I have the Contract from the client which says about my position, billing rate etc...My question is will this help for the RFE i received as my attorney is saying it will work.
My second question is it better to find another H1B sponsor and apply for a H1B transfer before my attorney sends out the response for RFE to INS. Lets say if the transfer gets approved and extension is denied what happens???
Thanks in advance
