H1 transfer without PAYSTUBS??

Hi,

I am working in a software company in India. I got an offer from a consultancy(Brahma Infotech) to work in US. When i enquired about this company, i heard that they wont provide the paystubs.
How to transfer your H1 without the paystubs?
What will be the consquences?

Transfer while in India does not require any paystub but in either case transfer will end up on RFE with no paystub.
