I got 2 h1bs selected in lottory from company A and B.

When I go for visa interview first using documents of company A and suppose if that gets reject/or query , can I use company B document and take fresh appointment and go for interview .

It depends!

If the rejection/query is based on employer credentials, then you can take Comp B.

If the rejection/query is based on your credentials, then the result would be same
