Hello,
I am Priya. I am getting married on the 27th Feb i.e next month. I am masters graduate in food science from UK. My fiance is on his F1 (OPT) status so, i will be applying for F2 visa in March. I feel my situation is a little complicated. Any experienced person or anyone into Visa consultancies could be of a huge help to me.
a. Since applications for H1-B visa are to be sent in the month of April, is it advisable for me to apply for my H1-B visa from India?
b. Will i be legally permitted to leave India on my F2 status after sending out the H1-B application?
c.Could you suggest me with any consultants in India who help in H1-B processing.
d. Since my background is food science a non IT field, is it possible for me to find employers offering jobs?
