Is it legal to enter US if previous employer canceled petition but with valid VISA

Is it legal to enter US

* If my previous employer would have cancelled my Petition
* But I have previous employer's valid VISA till Dec2009
* I have been employed all the time and holding all the approved papers of current employer.

Its perfectly legal.

You can enter on previous un-expired visa with approval papers from current employer.
