H1 Transfer Stamping

Hi,

I came to us Jan 2008 in Company A H1.I have transferred the H1 to Company B and i got the approval.My passport showing the Company A H1 Visa and it is valid until Oct 2010. i am planning to go to India in april.
Is it necessary that i have to do the restamping for the new Company B in my Passport?
Can i come back from India to US with Company A Visa along with the Company B Petition notice(I797)? Will there be any problem?
