recieved 221g blue !!!

Hi friends,

I applied for H1B 2008-09, Received 797B&797C along with LCA, I129, offer letter, invitation letter from an USA employer.

Attended visa interview on Nov17,2008 in Chennai which lead to 221g blue form.
consulate asked to submit/drop list of documents which are ticked in 221g.
now my USA employer is unable to send the required documents as required.

can i change an employer now?
if i take this situation to present indian employer can he do something fruitful?

on the same H1 nothin can be done. it is better u submit the doca or wait till the visa is rejected so that u can file new one from a better employer.
this is a crisis situation in US right now. Even tho u manage to get a visa, gettin a job is still tougher.
this is a blessing in disguise, hang on to it.. explore more options!!
