Minimum wage in San Antonio – level 1 36k
Duluth – level 1 - 33k, level 2 – 42k
Q1 Should my employer reduce my salary to exactly 33k or elevate to 42k for filing H1/LCA amendment? Meaning should salary be exactly at minimum wage?
Q2 can employers not retain the existing salary even if minimum is 33k?
