H1B Visa, Criminal Case booked in India

What should be done if a H1B holder is booked in any case in India, even though if he has not commited or responsible for any criminal situation. Can he return to the US with out any problems or will he be stopped at the port of entry and deported to India.

---- It depends on what case you are talking about. If it is criminal case, yes you will not be allowed leave India, leave along getting to the POE

---- If you are hypothesizing or speculating a case, be aware that people are watching your post

I do understand that this is public forum. I wanted to gain some information based on my assumptions. To be honest with you I am expecting an unfriendly scenario in India.

Its just like another simple hindi film story, the boy and the girl like each other and the father of the girl is not happy and he takes unfortunate and illegal actions against both the boy and the girl, although getting married legally and by one's own choice is not at all a crime according to Indian constitution.

I just want to know, what should I do in case I have to face the ugly Father of the girl. BTW the girl is above 18 years of age and does not have any mental disorder. Hope I sound innocent now. I am not a criminal.
