H1B Extension - Status **** *

My current status of H1B Petition extension is "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed". It resumed on 30 Jan 2009. Can any one tell me how many days it take from here for USCIS to send my papers.

I am in India now and waiting on papers so that I can schedule for my Visa Interview
