Common names resulting in 221g...

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to start a thread having common names that got 221g in the past and are at high risk of getting 221g in future.

I've got 221g twice, one during B1 in 2007 (Cleared in 2 weeks); and one during H1B pending since Jan'09. - Name: Amit Kumar

Please add your experiences too.
