H1B restriction on temporary leave of the US

Is there a limit to leaving the country while being on the H1B?

I need to take an extended leave of absence of 3-4months and would like to know whether there is any restrictions on the amount of time that one is able to leave the country for and come back while under the H1B status?

No such restrictions as long as the job offer with the employer still exists when you return.

I think there is no such restriction. Because I went on leave for 4 months come back 3 weeks back. No has objected me.
