Rejected H1 Transfer
Hi,
I have filed for H1 with employer X and I got approved papers. When I attended for stamping near Chennai consulate they gave me blue paper stating that they need to verify employer finance status. And after few months my VISA was rejected. So can I use the same I-797 and apply with an other employer instead of going through all the H1 application process right from scratch.
