H1 transfer

Hi,

I will be happy if some one can help me with this following question.

I was working in a Company A for 3 months in mid 2008 and i applied for h1b transfer to Company B and started working for them(company B). Its been four months since i applied for my h1b transfer and I still havent got my apporval for h1b transfer.

I am worried about my status. What can i do now. Can i go back to my previous employer (Company A) or wait for the transfer result.

My previous employer didnt cancel my h1 so far. He is ready to take me back again.

A detailed explaination would be of great help!

You can go back to old employer but run into the risk of employer B's petition getting denied which could potentially cause issues with the work being considered unauthorized. Read "bridging" posts for more info.
