I am on F1 visa applying for H1B in April 2009. My wife is also in F1 visa but she will be in F1 for 1 more year till Jan 2010. What should I do while filing my H1B??

Yes I have an employer, and they are filing my H1-B on April 1, 2009.
I got married in January 2009 in India and my wife is in F1 status here in US. But I dont have a marriage certificate from India, should I fill my H1-b as married or single as I dont have any legal document showing that I am married.Immihelp Support
