hai,
i came on mar 2007 .i applied h1 on april2008.my case is RFE received case processin has resumed.my husband's h1 is valid till sep 2008.
his employer applied for both h1 and h4 extension on july2008(vermont center).his status showing case received and pending .
my question is:
1.is there any problem with uscis ,my both h1 and h4 cases are pending?
2.rightnow ,is there any need to apply for change of status?
