Hi,
My employer filed h1b visa application in the month of April 2008, and the case still not approved ( my employer still have not received approval from USCIS).
The status showing in online is : Case received and Pending
Even the USCIS have not raised any query on this.
It is almost 1year of time, still how long we can wait. Even after 6 months also if I may not received the approval notice. Then what we can hope, will this be a live or closed.
Please kindly provide me any information on this.
