H1B Visa Renewal and H4 Visa

Hi, I am currently working in the US and will be travelling to India in April 2009 to get married. My H1B expired in Feb and I got my new renewed I-797 so I need to get a new H1B visa stamp at the US consulate. I also need to get H4 visa for my wife since I am getting married and planning to bring my wife back. How do you get the stamping done at the US consulate, do you need two seperate appointments or do you go together and get both visa's stamped at the same time?

You need 2 separate fee payment receipts. Once you fill out the primary applicants info, VFS has an add dependent button using which the details of second applicant can be filled out. Both appointments can be scheduled at the same time and go to the interview together at the same counter on the same day.
