    My Offer Letter and H1 extension

    Guys..!

    I have an offer letter from my employer that contains language about my Green Card Processing.

    I am planning to go to India to get my H1 extension stamping(in May) done and was wondering if this could be an issue.

    Any information in this regard would be great...

    H1b is dual intent.

        H1b holders are allowed to have the intent to settle down with a GC and will not have any impact on the visa.
