H4 transer to F1

Hi,
I am on H1B visa now and my husband is on h4. Since my employer has not having project, I dont have any paystub since I am holding H1 visa from Oct 08. And now He wants to terminate H1B.

So My questions are,

1. If we transfer from H4 Visa(My Husband's) to F1. Is there any risk of not getting Admission?

The question is not clear.

First of all, since you are not getting paid, you are out of status. Your husband is also out of status because you are out of status. It is very difficult to apply for a Change of Status if you have not been maintaining your status.

Also, you first get admission and then apply for F1. Not the other way.
