i came to US on H4 and applied for H1B(2009)now i am on H1B.since
job Market is down i didnt get job.i worked from jan 1 to feb 28 .i have only 2 months paystubs.now i want to apply for change of Status(COS)
from H1 to H4.when market is good can i Reapply for change status(COS)
from H4 to H1B or will my H1B be cancelled.

can i go out of country after cos approval.
if so for which visa should i go for stamping(H1 or H4).
wht all documents should i carry for stamping.
will i have problems with POE officer when returning to Usa.

It appears that most of the time after your H1 started you have been out of status. For the CoS to be approved, you must be in status. You must get paid all the time or you fall out of status. Any CoS in this situation will probably be hard.
