Hi,
I was on H1B status before for 6 months. Now I am on H4. I want to come back on H1B.
So to come back on H1B for the SAME employer:
a) Do I have to file for Change of status OR apply for fresh visa (exempted from 65K cap)?
b) Do I need any paystubs (how many) to show that I was on H1B before OR I797 approval notice is sufficient?
