Change of Employer

Hi ImmiHelp,

I work for IBM( Client), I have no problem with IBM( client ) and I have a Middle Vendor above my employer, My employer doesnt pay properly and that too very late, If I ask for pay he says that leave the company
and I dont want to leave the client (IBM). I do not have problem with Vendor.

My question is whether I can change my employer keeping the Vendor and Client same place and just changing my employer.

Please help me on this issue.

Please Suggest me whether I can change just the employer not the vendor and the end client. And what would be the procedure.

That middle vendor needs to file H1B visa for you and then you can work for that vendor.

Make sure you have not signed any documents with your current employer that prevent you from doing that.

I followed the suggestion and now I am with my Vendor who is my employer now. I still have to get the salary from my previous employer.
They holded my two months salary, How can I get my salary from them, Can you please suggest.

If I ask my salary can they harm me in any way?
