Everest Consulating inc Stamping in 2008

hi,

Does anyone gone for stamping in 2008 on through Everest Consulting Inc .Please share experience. I got H1 in 2008 .This consultency is not sending stamping due to the economy.So I just wondering does anyone had gone for stamping and got stamped/rejected ? Please share experience and advice. I got H1B in 2008 year Quota.

Paying for H1b is illegal. Looks like a shady employer.

However, it is employer's choice to hire you or not. They can refuse to send you ANY documents as it is their petition.
